Our experience working with Dee Mosteller on building our house was exceptional. He had the lot cleared in February 2022, started the foundation in March, and had us in our house by the beginning of November 2022. The best thing Dee had us do, to ensure our house stayed on schedule, was order all our appliances, windows, doors, and other long lead-time materials by early January so everything arrived when needed. Not only did Dee build the house, but he was also actively involved with the landscaping, cart path, dock, and more. When we moved in, everything was complete!
